Application

High-speed railway detection

Using impact-echo method, ground penetrating radar and multiple nondestructive detection sensors to detect the diseases on the railway, several hidden diseases such as road cavity and loose soil can be detected accurately. At the same time, the robot system can also detect diseases on the surface of civil structures, ensuring the safe operation of the railway system.

Underground civil structures and facilities detection

The robot system can perform full coverage inspection on track facilities, railway and other related structures to detect the diseases such as crack, pumping and broke, eliminating the risk of facilities damage, loose and falling down. The robot system is able to locate diseases accurately to provide efficient and precise detection results for railway work staff.

High-speed railway detection

Using profile modeling HD camera, the robot system can perform full coverage inspection on the roof of tunnels and related civil structures, locate the diseases accurately, eliminate the risk of water penetration, crack and other diseases, and automatically identify the diseases based on computer vision.

Underground civil structures and facilities detection

The high-sensitivity operating mechanism is equipped with sensors to perform full-line inspection of light rails, monorail structures and facilities, to detect civil structure damage, track structure parts, precise positioning, and to quickly identify defects through computer vision.
